HUD Lens process adopted premium aviation spaceflight level, dual multilayer dielectric film. The dielectric materials of high or low refractive index are vapor deposition alternately according to the different wavelengths of optical path difference to form reflecting film series and antireflection film series. The vibration direction of the reflected light vector at the superimposed interface on the contrary, reduce light attenuation significantly,increase luminous flux greatly, decrease flare effectively, so as to realize clear imaging. After a long-term exploration and practice, Zhantuo optics has acquired the optical design capability and mature production experience of HUD lenses, and has passed the national patent authorization. OEM & ODM for more than 30 HUD industry customers at home and abroad successively.
